Counsellor in Walton-on-Thames

Counselling Surbiton and Psychological Therapy Weybridge

Do you live in Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Surbiton or surrounding areas and would you benefit from seeing a Counsellor in Walton-on-Thames? I offer a Counselling Service near Surbiton and Psychological Therapy near Weybridge and would be happy to assist you. I also offer an online or telephone service, if this would be a preferred and suitable option for you.

My name is Helen and I would like to welcome you to my Counselling Practice in Walton-on-Thames. Firstly, you may wish to consider whether counselling is the way forward for you, and whether I am the type of counsellor you feel would suit your needs. For instance:

1) Do you feel like life is getting on top of you?
2) Are you experiencing particular life stresses or finding life challenging for whatever reason?
3) Has there been any trauma in your life either past or present?
4) Do you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or relationship/co-dependency issues?
5) Are you feeling unhappy or confused?
6) Or would you simply like to understand yourself better and promote your self awareness and personal growth?

If you are experiencing any type of psychological distress, or if you are looking to enhance your own personal wellbeing in any way, you may benefit from accessing psychological therapy with a trained counsellor.

Counselling will give you opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a private setting with an empathic trained other who has no connection to you. As your self acceptance grows through the process of psychological therapy, your relationship with yourself is likely to improve, opening up opportunities for change. Counselling and psychological therapy will also help you to get back on a front foot again as together we explore your difficulties and dilemmas, and help you to find your own solutions. To see more about how counselling can help you, please visit my "About Counselling" Page.

"Powerful is our need to be known, really known by ourselves and others, even if only for a moment." - Carl Rogers
